Depression?
Anyone ever deal with it and how did you deal with it? I'm not talking want to kill myself type stuff. Most of the time I just feel numb or empty, disassociated with people. Things that used to make me happy dont anymore.... idk what to do but this shit has been going on way too long

go on vacation and relax. Take a step away from reality. Try working out or meeting new people. Dont work as much. Increase the sex life. These will all help.

Im diagnosed bi polar and have had numerous bouts of depression. Best advice Ive heard or can give is this. Talk to freinds or family. Dont shut yourself off from stuff. Stay active. Go for a walk or work out. Open the blinds for some sunshine.

exercise, sunshine, friends, hot sex, family and meds if needed.........not in any certain order ..............we all have good/bad times in life. To be honest if you want to get a dose of just how good you really have it, go visit a nursing home and see their quality of life. You will come out thankful

Improving your body really helps...like speedaddict said get some exercise, sunshine and some sexy time. All three release endorphins that will make you feel better about yourself and life in general.
