yeah, this is bullshit. I smoked for 15 years ( been quit for 4 years) and any smoker knows you don't sit down and then throw the cig in the toilet. The chances of having burned balls is way to high. Also, most smokers have an ashtray in the bathroom next to the shitter. Just makes sense.
