    anyone tried trick flow cams?

Trick flow has a really good deal on their ls1 track heat hydraulic roller cams, to the tune of like only 269. Specs on the one i'm looking at is .585/.585 228/230 on a 112 lobe separation. Sounds like pretty healthy specs not to aggressive, anyone tried these cams or heard of any dyno results? I want the magic stick 4 but the springs and everything is more expensive cause the trick flow will work with the comp 918's and i'm on a budget and its way cheaper. Thanks guys.

decided to pony up the extra dough and go straight for the serious cam ala the tsp ms4, but still curious if anyone has tried this trick flow cam, dyno results perhaps or track times, like I said that trick flow cam has pretty healthy numbers for a moderate ls1 street cam. I would imagine if it's designed right with those numbers (.585/.585 228/230 112lsa) with matching headers, tune, springs and pushrods the cam should see at least 400 rwhp on an otherwise stock ls1. However guys with the supporting mods on the ms4 and the trex have seen 420-450rwhp. Concievably I dont want to pull any punches here and am goin for the shur bet on the ms4 with dyno proven results, plus the matching tune from tsp is extremely reasonable in cost and is taylored for their cam.
