Is there anyway to fool the O2 sensors on a 96 Firebird Formula if you remove the cats? I've been searching but havn't found anything.

Put a spark plug anti fowler in the o2 bungs and put your sensor in that. It's just kinda like using a shim to move the sensor down out of the path of the exhaust.

Yep, turn the codes off or get sims - hurry though, they're getting scarce.

If you search around you maybe able to find the instructions for making your own simulators with items you can buy from Radio Shack. You will just need to find the resistance needed to trick the computer into thinking the O2 sensor is working within tolerance.
