Thumbs down Uh Oh, WRONG Belt numbers/sizes!

This might be cuz of my ASP pulley, but I went to replace both belts and GMPARTSDIRECT.com sent me longer belts than needed.

    1256-9529 4RIBS-1040mm
    1256-9527 6RIBS-2001mm

I really dont know the length of the current belts, so can I have some help here?

I also got the wrong pulleys.. I need the BOTTOM (A/C) belt tensioner. It looks as if its gone shitty again.

I have no part number for that one.

I dont have chinazone near me.

I tried NAPA today and they dont have ANY a/c tensioner listed. I told him our cars have two tensioners, but NAPA only sells one.

Ugh, without part numbers, I cant order squat!

    Part number

After a search using the term "belt tensioner," I found 2 pages of nothing but questions about the a/c belt tension part number. No one knew. But I said fuck it and called Fred Beans and what do you know, they had the part and sent it out to me this morning.

Hopefully this will help in future searches..

    A/C BELT TENSIONER PART #: 12560345

Fred Bean was selling it for just over $50.

I still need part numbers for both belt sizes for an underdrive pulley. If need be, I can always rip them out and go to an auto part's store and hopefull yhave them match it and then provide a shorter one, but I know theres a part number out there..

i believe the belts you need are 1 to 2 inches shorter then stock if that helps any.

    Make this a 3RD time!

Seriously, what the fuck is going on? Ive replaced BOTH tensioners twice and the belts 3 times each. I am about to replace some things again, however, can someone tell me the most reliable belts out there? Meaning strongest, wont stretch....at this point, price is no object.

    Lord, have mercy.

I did a google search on this shit and I find my own thread!

Does anyone have part numbers listed? I need part numbers for the serpentine tensioner and both belt sizes.

    Navy Blue Metallic

    From the ASP website:

Depending on your pulley part number in the 1st column the belt is in the last column

    948520 LS1 Camaro / Firebird / Z-28 98-02 K060755 / a/c K040378
    948500 LS1 Camaro / Firebird / Z-28 98-02 K060760 / a/c K040378
    948584 LS1 Camaro / Firebird / Z-28 98-02 K060770 / a/c K040378

I also goggle the part # for the belts and they show up as Gates Serpentine Belts
