    How good are Headman long tubes?

    Are headman longtube headers any good when compared to the other brands? Are they an easy install?{ no cutting or grinding? }

    I've heard that the Hedmans are good for the older cars, like 1st and 2nd gens, but haven't heard much for the newer vehicles. I'd consider Pacesetters, like mentioned above. All depends on what you want to spend.

    People have had good luck with the Pacesetters, from what I've read.

    I've also heard the XS Stainless headers are very nice for the price, I might invest in some of those in the Spring

    Thats fine, as long as they are in good condition. I'd sand off any corrosion or rust, and repaint them with some VHT black exhaust paint. Since they were already on another LS1 F-Body, they should go on pretty easy, no bending or cutting required
