Need some opinions on inspec.

I found a shop too hook me up as far as an state inspection but the trouble is, they said i have codes. There cool lil computer says my 02 sensor heater "isnt ready", Evap isnt ready, and heated catalyst, Isnt ready. I have no check engine light, I even hooked my scan tool up too it and there were no codes, so im at a loss. I dont wanna drive back too ky too get plates but unless i can figure this out within the next few days it looks like road trip.

Did you reset the PCM or change the battery recently? That'll reset your readiness codes. Some states will let you have a couple "not ready" not sure on NC though. Only thing I can think of is put some miles on it or try some drive cycles - www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html

Well its been about a year since i did my exhaust and had my battery blow up, so im not thinkin thats the case. I had the same idear but iv put about 6 thou miles on since last mod and battery exploding.

Take it to Nathans Auto on Ramsey street he will figure it out. The best guy in the buisness around here

Got a follow up, so i went back too the shop and they hooked up my car and for some odd reason it passed. So for everyone that asks can a car with lt's, ory pass emissions, yepp sure can
I guess the comp was havin a bad day yesterday but all is well now and i got a kool lil sticker.
