    Side exausht(i cant spell)

well heres the deal im planning on making a custom exauhst setup in the neer future. and i am debating between going out the side before the wheel wells or going all the way out the back.

either way it will be true duals with cats and bullet mufflers.

    what u think?

I think this idea has been attempted before, but didnt work cause of the SFC before the rear wheels, but anything is possible.

It's an LS1tech girl, other than that I don't know anything, but now you know how it looks coming out the side.

In general the idea doesn't work very well. I had two systems bent for it, and you either run the system an inch off the ground, which will lead to the prompt removal of the exhaust system (if you're lucky, that would be all that comes off), or you route it back towards the front, cut to the sides just before the front axle, then weld subframe connectors in and use flat piping to run it back. This fit and looked well, but the fact that you are "U-ing" the pipes means your air-flow just goes to crap. You've also got to be careful with excess airflow, once you've heard a 6 cylinder with a cut-out, you'll know what I mean.
