that's the exact reason why I bowhunt. What challenge is there in taking an animal at long range with a cannon? Try getting him into 20 yards and hitting him with an arrow. Much different. Everyone has their own method of hunting and I don't knock any method of hunting. I just prefer to bowhunt.

i dont consider that hunting... slapping a 20x scope on a .338 and trying to shoot something at over 800 yards should not involve live animals... sure he got two nice shots, but im sure they edited out the ones that they didn't kill in one shot... stupid rednecks... put a piece of paper on a stick and then try and feel cool about yourself
the only time i shoot at an animal is when i know its gonna die where it stands, not go another day or two limping around bleeding out from its leg
