there are alot of headers that are smog emission legal. same with cams. if your car is a A4 then drop a stall in it...put a ls6 manifold in. there is also exhust systems that have cats ect.. that is just engine stuff...a pair of SFC(sub frame connectors) are a must. lca, new shocks, springs. driveshafts. Underdrive pulleys will help your engine rev quicker..etc..there is alot you can do even with the emission laws..shit our admin ed had a maro pushing 666rwhp in CA.

Do the FRA mod when you put the lid on. You might get a little gain from shortie headers(smog legal) but not much because you have the redesigned manifolds.
Double check your smog laws also...you can run cats with LT's for the sniffer test but it'll fail a visual if your state is picky about the cats positions.

Find a place that will pass you. they wont do a sniffer test unless you live in northern virginia
