    99 TA vs. 2006 CLS500

Today I met up with my friend who happened to be driving his dad's Mercedes Benz CLS500. We decided to go to the local highway to race. The Benz has a 302 hp 5.0 Liter V8 with around 340 ft-lbs. It's got a seven speed automatic too. It weighs in a lil over 4000 lbs and keep in mind that he had two passengers, one which was prally 350 lbs . I had one passenger of an average weight. we started from a 60 roll and i started pulling on him instantly, and probably got 4 cars on him by 120. I prally woudn't have pulled so many cars if we had raced alone, but im sure i would have still came ahead. We raced twice from 60 mph, same outcome. Too bad the car's goin away for the winter now

Figure i have 320 hp/ 350 ft-lbs hauling 3500 lb car plus a lil over 300 more with me and my friend against 302 hp/ 340 fl-lbs struggling to accelerate a 4000 lb car plus 700 lbs in passengers! Around a 1000 lb difference, so yea, i guess it was prally 4 or 5 cars around 120 mph, not really sure. I didn't really wanna risk going any faster if I already knew I was definitely winning, especially with the upcoming traffic
