Exhaust Question?

I have a 02 SS 35th and want to put some Headers on her. I was thinking Pacesetters LT's== coated with air etc. and ORY. Where do you install the Cat or Cats?? I won't pass emissions where I live without them. I don't think you can use the stock ones with the Pacesetters so do you buy a high flow cat and put it where?? 1 or 2 cats? If I install the headers do I need a tune?

you'll have to get cats and have them welded into the Y. If the state does a visual you won't pass with headers. A tune isn't mandatory but you won't get the full potential out of the car. I would suggest a tune unless you have more mods planned in the near future in which case I would wait until you have those.
