    A Fuel problem?

    On my father in laws 95 z28 lt1 there is no fuel pressure when the key is turned twice. When the car is running its got pressure. Any help would be aprreciated!

    had a big reply typed out and lost it before posting it. So here's the cliff notes.
    Not sure what the problem is but I would maybe start with the fuel pump relay. How does he get it to start if he has no pressure and what's the pressure when it's running? I'm not familiar with the lt1 at all but I would assume it should prime up like any electric fuel pump when the key is switched on.
