Lane's True Duals
Okay, I have a guy around here where I live who said he would let go of some Lanes True Duals for about 300. I have stock exhaust manifolds so ill probably have to get a welding shop to fix something up for me until I get my headers...does this sounds like a good price and a good setup?
another question..is there any way the shop would be able to clamp it on the TD's rather than weld it on...that way I can save the spot for the headers?

I was going to go the exact same route for the longest time but the chaepest could find was 140 to have them fabbed up and by the time you have it all said and done you are looking at $450 plus and you still have stock manifolds. Instead i am doing to build a catback like the one in the link below. the duals would only give you a few more horsepower for the price they cost. I do not believe they are worth it. I am going to a catback like the one in the link untill i get lt's i would bet the performance would be pretty close to true duals. the setup i am going to run will cost me less then $200 and will flow extremely well.

just got off the phone with a shop...they said to fab it up they would probably have to ruin the TD's just to get it to fit because they are made to just slide on the headers... I might as well just go ahed and buy them and then wait until I get headers
