FOR SALE: ZR-1 Chrome wheels/tires

These are the original wheels from my 2001 SS Camaro. They are fitted with B.F. Goodrich KDSW 285/17 tires. They have 4300 miles on them. They have never brushed a curb, nor had a flat. No repairs! I purchased a set of Z06 rims, so I'm selling these. I'm asking $600.00 OBO Buyer pays shipping. Paypal preferred. Okay SLOW383..I hope you're sitting down! According to the guy at the UPS store, it'd run $76.00 each to ship to Georgia. That's about as far as you can get from the west coast, so all other quotes should be far less. He also told me that anyone interested in getting a quote can go to the UPS website with the following info;
1.) My zip code 98166
2.) Weight of each package: 55lbs. times 4 of course, they have to boxed individually
3.) Dimensions: 12" by 27" by 27"
4.) Your zip code

If anyone else is interested, and the UPS website won't give you the info you need, just private message me, or leave a message here with your zip code and I'll have your exact quote the next day from the UPS store. Thanks guys..Jim

To maybe help your sale, try FEDEX directly if you have one nearby. They're usually a good bit cheaper. I've shipped many sets of wheels and tires in the past few years and they always beat the heck out of UPS prices.

Thank you to all who have inquired about these tires, and rims. Just a quick note. I know I've promised to get some quotes ASAP, and that's what this public address is concerning. Right now, as we approach the Super Bowl, it is the busiest time of the year for Frito-Lay reps typically putting in over 12 hours daily. I'm no exception. By the time I get home, I have about 2 hours before it's off to bed, so I'm lowering the price by $100.00. (500.00 firm now) I'm simply asking that you do the "leg-work" of getting your own quotes from wherever you'd like, be it FEDEX at their site, or UPS at their site. Use whomever you'd like, shop around, it's your money afterall.

Gentlemen,
While I understand that tire preferance is a deeply personal decision, and the tires that I have chosen may or may not be the ones you may have chosen given the circumstances. I.E. where you live, your driving style, summer tires, winter tires, and so on. I am not interested in breaking up the "set". I have had several offers to buy just the rims, or just the tires, but with the Z06 wheels that I own now being 11" wide by 20" these tires do me no good. Thank you Gentlemen for the offers, but it is a "package deal".
