    VFN Ws6 Hood

    sorry if this is the wrong area to post this....
    i just ordered me a VFN Ws6 hood
    they said the estimated time for me to recieve it is 6-8 weeks!!!
    has anyone had any experience with them?
    does it really take that long?

    on average that sounds right..they need to make one up and depending on the amount they still have to do. it might take less.

    My PM back to ya pretty much summed everything up for ya. I have had a harwood cowl before and a few others on past cars. The quality of VFN's hood was outstanding and thier fitment was bassically dead on. Only complaint is on the back of the hood sits high because there is not an up and down adjustment on the hinges. O well they will be modified to sit perfect. BTW a friend of mine also has a sunoco hood and hers fit exatally the same as mine.

    I know 2 people that got VFN hoods and it took 6-8 weeks for them to get theirs.
