    in nj we have a new thing called collector car registration not to be confused with classic car. no emissions test they just check your odometer to see if it works. you are limited to 2000 miles a year but there are ways around that.

    emissions is nothing... as long as you don't throw the SES light you are fine... they plug in and check for error codes... that is all...

    It sucks with emissions, we have them here in ct. Just started to get ready on doing stuff to the car and now have to rethink everything. Switching stuff in and out is a pain, but if it comes down to it...what can you do.
