303 Aerospace
just picked a bottle of 303 up,is it safe to use on stearing wheel without making it slick? and been using back to black on all of the rubber will i need to try to wipe rubber off before applying the 303? thanks

You can always dilute it with a little bit of water. When you apply it, do it as you would normally do, let it sit for a few minutes, then buff off with a dry microfiber towel. I would do the dash in this way, and you can then make your own assessment if that's how you'd want your steering wheel to feel
If using it for cleaning purposes on your steering wheel, then you could follow up with a damp/warm towel to clean up after, that way it would still be clean but no slick
