    So I think Rodriquez owned Tarantino in Grindhouse

    I saw Grindhouse tonight and the first movie "Planet Terror" written/directed by Robert Rodriguez is absoluelty the best B-rated zombie movie ever. It was funny,gory,and nonstop crazyness.

    Now the second movie directed by Quentin Tarantino called DeathProof was absolutly boring and stupid. Over an hour of his movie is boring dialogue with some black chick tryin to act hardcore. Tarantino could have pulled out what hes known for in his film and made it nuts. I think most people went in there thinking just because tarantino directed deathproof that is must be crazy. sucked like kill bill vol 2

    Saw it last night and completely agree.

    It is my understanding that in the "grindhouse" tradition, the second movie is not supposed to be so over the top. That does not excuse the just plain bad, bad movie deathproof is.
