I have the #1 pick!!! Fantasy Football Gurus help!
The draft schedule came out today for my neighborhood fantasy football league. Yep, I got the 1st pick!! I'm thinking LT or maybe Peyton. Could use a little advise here from fantasy football gurus. Our draft is on Thursday.
Thanks

LT, hands down. Always take a great RB before a great QB.

It's gonna be LT in the 1st. Now I just gotta figure out what the hell next. All the quality RBs will be gone. Might just go get the best WRs with my 2nd and 3rd picks. Get a solid but not great QB in the 4th.

No, No,No! DO NOT go for anything but another RB with your 2nd and/or 3rd pick! Going the way you said is Fantasy Football suicide. Look at the RB situation in Atlanta. Take Norwood, or the kid in Buffalo,Lynch. RB's are a premium and can be used by you to trade to some desperate schlep later in the season who needs a RB because he didn't take enough in the first few rounds (Sound familiar?). You could end up with his best receiver then.
WR's? There is always someone who has a breakout year who can be had on the free agent wire. Vincent Jackson had a really strong finish in S.D. last year and I bet you could get him in the 9th round! Trust me man, don't blow your draft.
