LS-1 on a Calibra??
I own an Opel Calibra turbo 1993 and I'm from Greece. I was into modifying my car but I thought of keeping her just like she is and buying a second one(same car) and swap the original engine with the LS-1... The whole plan sounds ok to me, but the first problem is that i live in greece (there's no Vettes and Camaros here, and there are no good restoration workshops).. Then the other problem that comes up is that the car hasn't got a chassis made for longitudinal engines..what do you think? Should i customize it?

Also, the car i already got it's a 4wd. If the second car i'll find has a fwd bottom, is not helping me right?(I mean it's better finding the same one as mine, in order to have a base -- rear differential,axles-- capable for rear wheel drive). I can't sent photos of my car yet. The engine bay is very similar to Chevrolet Cavalier coupe
