Back 98 WS6
This is a freinds car. The paint is not perfect, but there was some room for improvement. He wants to sell it, and asked me if I could do something nice to it
Started by giving the car a good wash with a mix of Duragloss and P21S Bodywork Shampoo using my homemade foam gun:
The rest of the car had Menzerna PO85RD3.00 followed by PO106FF to get rid of the swirls. Then a coat of Prima Amigo Glaze, and finally topped with Wolfgangs Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Yup, it needed a bath
Before body shots:
Claybar shot:
Wheels/tires before shots: Wesley Bleach and PB NL, Wheels: JW Prime

Holy mother of god! Did you use a buffer to get those results?!?! My friend, I need to learn your ways!
I have virtually the same T/A and my paint looks like those before pics and it brings a cringe down my spine every time I see it in the sun. Please, detail exactly what you did to achieve the results you did, I have a full kit of Zaino to use personally!

Yes, I did use a buffer (Porter Cable aka PC)
I'd recommend you get one. If you want to use the Zaino line, you may want to pick up a bottle of ZPC-Fusion, a bottle of the new ZAIO (All-In-One) and follow with the rest of your Zaino products
You may want to use an orange pad to work the ZPC in first to correct paint defects like swirls, marring, and what not. After that, you can use the ZAIO to perfect the paint with a polishing pad, or may be used by hand. When using ZAIO you don't need to mix-in ZFX, just go straight to your Z2 or Z5 or both

OO- I cant wait to see how good Mr. Luos's car looks after all that work.
I have to go through the exact same process as him but I am sure it will pay off.

Zaino is good. I think what you'd probably need is a good paint correction, gloss enhancer type product to lay the zaino over it. Zaino is good, great shine and all of that, but upon closer look, you'll see a lot of defects pop-up, that's why I suggest you get a good product like Menzerna polish to prep your paint
Ideally, I would get a PC. It's tough to mess up with a PC buffer. It takes probably like 10 minutes to figure it out. After that, the more you use it, the better you get. I'm glad I got one. i can't believe I went too long without owning one, and the beauty of it, is that you can try a lot of different products available, and will work great, at leat with the most renowned brands, and popular products
