Patriot Performance heads and locks
Whats going on here.
I can not install the locks inside my retainers out of my Comp Cams 26921-KIT. The locks came with the Patriot heads and if I remember correctly, they said the locks were 5 degree locks.
I'm ordering Comp Cams 7* locks,, Summit Racing tech guy says that will fix me up.
Has anyone else had this mismatch of valve train parts?
BTW: the valve stem diameter is 8mm, if that matters.

Patriot locks are Super 7. I would be very careful mixing and matching valve train parts, failures tend to be catostrophic.
