Holy mother of HUGE insurance savings batman.
Of course everyone heard the myth about insurance rates dropping when you hit 25.
Currently, I have AIG insurance which I pay $1,900 every year for full coverage.
I called AllState they quoted me at $1,300 for a year.
I called Statefarm they quoted me at $1,300
I called Geiko they quoted me at $1,100 for a year.
I called Amica they quoted me at $983 for a year.
Thats almost a whole $1,000 off.
Holy shit.....its good to be a quarter century old.
Anyone had the same drop in insurance when they turned 25?
What other insurance companies out there? besides Esurance and Progressive?02 T/A AUTO Metalic Silver. 07 YARIS 5sp 40mpg BABY .

yep they get their money. you may not pay it now but wait till you wreck it. i work in a body shop and the best one to work with by FAR is farm bureau. they fix every thing w/o trying to use salvage parts and crap like that. and when it comes to bumpers they are the only ones who will pay to blend so they match.

I have progressive...never had a prob with them. They're just not as personable as say State Farm, you don't get a agent unless you have a claim...and then it's some random one. But their online site is awesome and they never gave me any shit over a claim..
I'd go with State Farm...it's only like $18 bucks more a month for you then Gieco and they're better.

I'm paying 1800 a year for 3 vehicles, 'bird and truck have comp (no collision) and the harley has full coverage. Good? Bad? I wanted to add comp to just the car, but doing so would make it the primary vehicle on my policy, therefore skyrocketing JUST the cars insurance to over 2100 a year, so for the extra 150 bucks a year i put it on the truck as well and kept that as primary. Reason for comp on the car: Parts are wayyy to f'n expensive to replace out of pocket in the event something happens!

i would go with state farm. because either way you look at it, you're still saving a shit load of money. Geico makes you mail in your "deposit" before they even tell you you're accepted.
i prefer USAA. but you have to be military to even get it.
