    Thumbs down So what would have happened here?

    I was driving, following a car up a ONE WAY road, when a pick up truck accidently entered and drove the wrong direction. Now, there was ample room on both sides for the dude in front to let the truck slide by, but he actualy started to SWIRVE with INTENTION TO COLLIDE with the on coming car!!!! I was so shocked someone would have that kind of nerve to attack another person like that! The truck vered to the side and the crazy fucker kept honking/swirving on course, I just drove past the truck casually.

    So what would have happened here? Which one is to blame? the guy going the wrong way or the asshole intentionally trying to hit the oncoming car??

    kill the guy going the wrong way to start... then ask questions later...

    +1 If they did hit and if you stayed there as a witness the swerver would've been arrested...that's assualt with a deadly weapon at a minimum and they can prove intent with you as a witness.

    Yea the other guy was a dumbass for going the wrong way...but it happens especially in a downtown part of town with a lot of one ways. The swerver was even more of a dumbass and committed a crime.
