I bought a used Fast 78 mm Tb a while ago right after I bought my car. I read up a little bit afterwards and now dont know what to do. Will I gain as much or more power using the Fast throttle body as porting/polishing my stock tb? Is there an advantage either way other than obvious air volume difference?

I know I have to readjust idle if I were to put the fast tb on. How is this done(I'm guessing idle relearn wont work)?
