    Best from headers back??

Like the title says, What would be the best setup without completly breaking the bank. I have a couple grand to play with so I figured this would be a good place to start modding my car!

its been disscussed many times, long tube header are a must, with a tune you will get a good amount out of them over stock, um hooker, pacesetters and slp are what i'd go with.

If I had the money and the choice of any, I'd go with the SLP headers personally. However, that's just from the bit of research I've done about them, I've yet to purchase these for mine. If you're doing the install yourself, you may want to read some opinions about which ones fit better to save some headaches.

I've heard that, yeah. So, in short, don't ever take one person's opinion as gospel.

That kitten is pretty cute, isn't it. I'm a sucker for Scottish Folds, what can I say.

Just remember that the Pacesetters are coated and will rust with use, but the QTP's are stainless and won't rust. The price and lifespan are the trade-offs.

If your looking for cheap price like I was. I went with Pacesetter Long tubes and TSP True Duals. both not very pricey, well not as much as some of the others anyway. just my .02$

I was thinking the title of this thread meant between the headers and the tips (if any).

I thought the best way would would be the TSP system. True dual for a cheap price. I wish they went all the way back (which has stopped me from buying them), but he did say he didnt want to break the bank.

Speaking of TSP systems, have they improved? For a while, I read they have to be finessed in order to get a good fit without shit banging everywhere. (That was the last nail in the coffin for me on NOT to get them)

true duals do still need finesse, my pacesetters are ceramic coated.
