something cuting in to my window...please helppp

i realy need some help on this.

when i put my window down once its in side the door the door panel pushes out like 1/2 inch and then goes back in when i put the window back up.

now on the glass, on the inside it looks like over time something on the inside of the door has rubed in to the glass.

i just got my windows tinted and the guy said that what ever rubed in the glass will do the same to the tint and rip it all up.

i was wondering if any one has info on how to fix this

Could you open it up and check for rocks or something? Only way to find out...

it might be the clips to your door panel. There should be one screw in the map pocket, two in the handle, one on the plastic trim and one inside it. Lift the panel up carefully and see iff the clips clip back into the doorshell.

tAke off the door panel - real easy. There is an adjustable guide that keeps tension on the glass. Sounds like the soft cloth covering fell off or as with me it actually broke leaving metal on glass to guide the window. It's located up top away from the hinged side of the door. Find a link to replacing the window motor. There is a good one with all the places there are screws and how to disconect power window/lock plugs. There is no screw in the map pocket on the Z.
