front bumper 2000 camaro

well a jeep hit me today and now i need to find a front bumper. my question is is there a good aftermarket bumper or would i be happier with an OEM? and where is a good place to get those. thanks guys and gals. o btw he pays for it but i am trying to save some of the money for headers.

b careful on what kind of non oem front bumper cover you get, some do not fit that well......i just got one for my car, and i got it through gm parts direct.......400.00 dollars, pricey but it fit like a glove!

OK, I have exactly the same problem. I need a new bumper and the left and right air dam (the ground effects on the front bumper). GM parts direct said 436 for the bumper and 335 for the air dam???? the air dam is 12 inches long and 2 inches high ? it costs over 300 dollars ....?

i found a oem one for 300 plus shipping and it is primed. that is what i think i am going with. thanks for the info.

I bought both fenders and bumper cover off of a 02 that was the same color and matched perfectly for $250. I couldn't beat that. Look around there is deals out there.

i saw that same auction. the oem one i found is though a dealer i know. if you want one let me know. i will see what he can do. i am trying to find one off of a car that someone is parting out.
