    this is a Southwestern Merinade

this goes with grilled flank steak or rib-eye-steaks

    3 garlic cloves,minced
    1\2 cup olive oil
    1\4 cup lime juice
    2 tablespoons Worcesrershire sauce
    2 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper

    stir together all ingredients.

*White wine winegar may be substituted for lime juice.

the key is time the longer it sits in the refrigator the better but 2 days is ok
