jdm black headlights

i just bought a set of jdm black headlights.......it looks like its going to be hell changing out the oems......any tricks or suggestions that might make it easier ?

I'm guessing that they're the black halo's.
Tricks? Well if you seem to be struggling w/ putting them in, try adjusting the screws on the brackets before hand, that's what did it for me. Also, if there seems to be a big gap between the lenses and your bumper, try using washers on the mounting bolts (the one bolt in the middle-back of the bracket), that way it'll push the lens out closer to it and fill the gap. Hope that helps man...

They are pretty easy to change out. I did it about 3 times now since my front turn signals leaked and I had to put stock ones back in. You can use the factory adjusters off your stock ones and mount them to the halo's also. The hardest part it getting the light to point correctly, also the rubber piece that is around the light is a pain and normally comes loose, I had to use a clear silicone to attach it since the halo lights only used a very very thin type of double sided tape to attach the rubber piece.
