The Hot Rod comes out for the first time this year, and its a good one

Had some nice weather this morning so i decided that this week was as good as any to take the Challenger back out and start cruising. Well I was on my way pack to PA for school and im cruising down I-99, top down, playing some classic rock, rolling about 65 in 5th (finnaly decided to install that new kieser conversion this winter...rocks for those long highway pulls) Well anyways i look in my rearview and i see a blue STI coming up on me. He passes me and i see he must have been coming from the track. He had a # and a dial in on his window... the dial said 13.2, impressive... so at this point im intriqued. Hed already slowed back a little as if he was tempting me even more. So i get up along side of him... we have a good half mile before theres another car. I see that hes a younger kid, probley 17,18 still in highschool. So he knods to me, honks 3 times and we go for it. I droped 3rd and the outboard carbs opened up. I started pulling on him till about 115 and then i decided to let out. i had mabey 5 cars on him. I slowed it up and he got back along side me and gave me the thumbs up and went on his way. Really impressive car though for a 4 cyl. Im hoping to find some more action with the old girl this week, hopefully find another muscle car that wants to have some fun.
