Most states have a DMV web site that'll let you plug in what you want, to check and/or see if it's already taken.

Ya man Id have to agree the DMV would seem like the most logical place to get one, Last time I checked auto zone was out of stock.

dmv is not the only place to get them. i got vanity (basically personalized)plates from the dealer when i bought my car

personalized are like vanities, but vanities dont include ANY numbers, somehow making them more expensive. so an fyi, if u want it to say something cool, u can save urself some money by putting a number before or after it
