a/c bypass???
got a 1996 3.8 with a bad a/c. anyone know where to get a a/c bypass pully

Hmmm, on my 3.4 I was able to just use a shorter belt and completely bypass the A/C clutch wheel without buying an idler pulley. Is that possible on a 3.8? I'm not familiar with the path the belt travels.

yeah read some v6 fourms and they say a 62'' belt will bypass the a/c. think ill give that a try, its $16 or so for a belt and $30+ for a pulley......
there saying its the same size belt for the 3.4 & 3.8
