Rear End Code (which posi unit do I have)
I have a 2000 SS, 6spd, 3.42 rear gear ratio, ASR (trac. control), posi, and I have no clue if i have a 2 series carrier, or a 3 series carrier. is there a build code that I am missing so i can find out what kind of a carrier i have (2 or 3 series, Zexel, Auburn, Torsen, etc.)?
Im asking because i would like to do gears but I want to keep my ASR, and carrier if possible. more so the ASR than anything else. does anyone have any info to help me figure out what I have. drivetrain/rear end is all stock, no mods. thanks.2018 CTS-V: °°668rwhp/658rwtq°°
