Fog Light Turn On Without Lights Being Up

i have an 02 firebird. is there a way to have my fog lights turn on with having to open my lights....thanks

You should already be able to turn on your fog lights when you click the headlight switch to the first position when only the parking/DRL lamps are lit. The headlights won't be open at that point. It works that way on year 2K T/As.

Same Here Fog lights come on when running lights are on.
