SLP cold air induction kit question

Does this system bypass and negate ram air, or does it feed from the ram air hood vents?

I think I seen someone say b4 that it negates, but I could be wrong.

the slp cai extends DOWNward in front of the radiator. it absolutely negates the ram air hood function, if there is any in the first place. if you want a functional ram air, get an open air filter like the fipk or the volant.

yes the SLP CAI negates the ram air set up on the ws6's ...as previously stated it extends downward....however, ram air on these cars is garbage 2 begin with and you'll gain much more HP from the CAI over the ram air.....if you want both go with a lid smooth bellow and filter just dont do the CAI
