What are your mods?/planned mods? I'd say Loudmouth to really roar, but if you are getting headers down the line then I'd say go Hooker

Or you could go down to a local mufflershop, find some guys that know what theyre doing and have them build you a true dual setup. I have over the axle, no mufflers, with cats and stock headers. Sounds mean as hell. Better than some people with loudmouth + headers.

on the camaro I've had Flowmaster, didn't like it. Hooker and love it.
on the firebird, SLP Loudmouth and didn't mind it till i got longtube headers, but it just didn't sound right before and after it was annoying and too loud. Switched that to a hooker.
I have friends with Borla, GMMG, and Corsca, and those all sound the same to me. I stuck with hooker because it reminds me of the sound you get from older muscle cars. sounds killer now with high compression heads and a cam

I just put on a magnaflow muffler with an exhaust cutout.........muffler by itself is very tame, mellow sound and the cut out screams "I mean business". relitively cheap setup if you are going to upgrade later on.

oh god. I offcially decided the jet hot set up and the magnaflow fucking sounds sexy as hell.
Are the jet hot good headers?

I like my loudmouth thats what I would rec. Not too loud but deff noticable. My buddy at work has LM with some LT and no cats and it sounds damn nice. Only other thing i would rec is summit have the universal X now with some muffler out the back like spin tech or even LM

Flowmasters
I have a flowmaster exhaust on my A4... Not sure how to put them on or I would send some helping directions, the guy who first bought the car put them on at his garage. Flowmasters are really loud at crank but calm down to a rumble,.. really loud when taking off slow or fast. I would recomend flowmasters. Just my .02
