i was board today so i decided to start painting my air lid. i will post updates as it progresses.
Masked, Cut, and Primed.

It will be painted SOM, same color as the car. HOLYSH** is SOM expensive $50 for a 1/2 pint.

when you're done with the lid take a picture looks likes it going to come out fine. Did you do cut out the design yourself and what did you use just regular tape?

yeah SOM is expensive. I did a FRC set for a buddy a long time ago. Spent a good $100 on paint

i used a material called frisket its like a sticky paper and used a razor to cut te drawing out then masked off the rest with tape but the i think i got some bad primer because it didnt hold the paint. so i have to start all over agian lol i will post pics up when i get it finished
