yeah his training regimen pre-beating the shit out of ken shamrock. hopefully shamrock has a good retirement plan ready because his fighting days will be over. i guess once wasnt enough for him.

I think you are right n that one. I dont think Ken has much of a chance against Ortiz.. I mean Ken is only a year younger than Me...

After watching this season of The Ultimate Fighter, I gained a whole new level of respect for Tito Ortiz. I don't have any respect for Shamrock. Watching him try and get Ortiz worked up enough to fight, and the way he worked with is team, just don't have any respect for the guy. He doesn't stand a chance against Ortiz. The guy is living in the past. His fighting style is too one-dimensional. He strikes and ground and pounds. Ortiz can strike, ground and pound, and work submissions.

Tito turned Shamrock's face into hamburger meat last time around, and I don't see it turning out any differently this time. I hope Ortiz retires his ass.

i too gained a whole new respect for tito. he really seems like a really caring guy and i think the kids on his team really benefited because he gave a shit. he understands that everyone is different and has different strengths and weaknesses and you have to have fun once and awhile. shamrock its jus his way or the highway. then he tries and provokes tito for no reason like hes some kind of badass, dude you had a chance in the cage and got slaughtereed and itll happen again. i loved how tito was calm as could be and was laughing ready for anything. shamrock should be scared cause theres nothing worse then someone that doesnt fear you. you could see it, tito doesnt fear him.
