what a great week I had, 5 Teeth yanked from my face.

I had a molar break about 2 years ago, It didn't bother me at the time and I didn't have insurance then, so I didn't worry about it.

fast forward to Oct. 29th the tooth really started hurting, i looked at it in the mirror and it was all black in the middle, really gross. The pain got worse the next day, made an appointment for the dentist for last friday, go in, they take x-rays and tell me that the tooth is dead and infected, my lymph node started swelling and hurt like a mother F'er! He gave me some Vicodin (score) and amoxicilin and a list of oral surgeons to call...well it was Friday so alot of good that did me. by sunday my neck was so swollen it was starting to block my breathing and the pain was extreme and the damn vicodin wasn't working anymore, had to go to the doctor where he gave me 2 shots, 1 a pain killer (1000mg ricophin) and an antibiotic in my ass......I slept good that night.

Monday made an appointment for the next day, go in, they knock me out and extract that tooth...and my 4 impacted wisdom teeth. holy crap!

Wish I didn't wait this long to get them taken out. my jaw fucking hurts. but the antibiotics are working...and the Lortab too wheeeeee

well thats my story for a lovely week.

anyone else with a great wisdom teeth story?

That was just about the worst pain I've gone through so far....the bad tooth that is. getting them taken out and the stitches afterwords is a walk in the park.

I got my 2 Wisdom teeth removed a little over a year ago. It was an asian and his helper was african american. Surgery went fine...very good doctor.

Although, he told me, while I was waking up....that I had been calling him and his assistant innapropiate names. He thought it was funny. I dont remember a damn thing. Although he told me what I said and...well....It was pretty bad lol.

I remember when 'someone' got called out for 6 teeth removed from his pie hole.....

Just let them heal up the pain will go as long as you do not get an infection.

I had an infection, thats what started the whole thing.

That pain is horrible. I'd rather break my femur

I hate going to the dentist, even to get my teeth cleaned.

Just think of how all those people that work at Waffle House feel. Most of them have lost most of their teeth.
