Heater hose mod to lower the rear 1 inch

I used 5/8's inch heater hose like other members suggested and removed the rubber donuts that sit in the top of the rear wheelwell. I used 15 inches of heater hose on the top of each spring and when I jacked the car down it lowered an even inch on each side. Not bad for $3 worth of hose. Now the car sits even in front and back.

Formula---no I didn't lower the front. My tires in the front sit 2 inches below the wheelwell. In the back they sat almost 3 3/4-4 inches below so I just wanted to even things out a bit. This mod did that. The car sits even now to the naked eye, before you could reallly tell the back was higher and it irked me. And no there have been no noticeable handling differences, good or bad.
