    Angry broken seatbelt loop...

    went to drive the phoenix today and as I pulled on the belt, CRACK and the thing fell apart...where do I get a replacement and how the HELL do i get the belt back through it??

    You have no idea how many time I broke mine while I climbed out of the car because of the roll cage.

    Its called Seatbelt Guide. Follow the seatbelt to the floor and you will see a bolt. Once the bolt is loose you can replace it.

    Btw, they are under $20, so go to any dealer. Make sure you get the right color.

    The part is $13 from the dealer. To put it on i just unbolted the seatbelt from the floor and slid the new part through it. The bolt is a T50. There is also another tread on this same issue on here.

    There's this bad ass website out there called LS1.com It has tons of info on your car. There's a section called General Help that even has a sticky on how to fix your seatbelt guide. You should check it out sometime.

    Save some trouble and buy a guide for a convertible car. They have a slot molded into them - easy install!

    uh oh, better sell the car...

    just tear open the seat and put some 3/4" plywood blocking behind it to screw the bracket back into, DONE!!!...
