ws6 hood

I recently bought an aftermarket hood and was wanting to know does the hood sit behind the peices on the inside of the headlights or on top of it? I'm trying to adjust it just right and can't figure out just by looking at pics, it seems they are all different.

Behind it. Aftermarket hoods are notorious for fitting wrong. Just comes with the territory. It will only look bad to people who know better. That's a suncoast hood, right?

Now i got mine from f-body motorsports. That pic isn't of mine, i just found that on Yahoo! lol. Yeah i figured it needed to go behind, and I didn't expect it to be perfect, but I wasn't shelling out 1500 for an OEM one. Plus I know a guy that will paint it for me for cheap so i'm not paying out the ass for a paint job.

i believe behind it as well. i put a glasstech ws6 hood on mine and looks the same...

can a WS6 hood fit on a regular trans am....sorry if its a dumb question....im new to trans ams

I have a suncoast WS6 hood, and mine fits behind, but is a little higher maybe 1/8" at most. The gap in the lines around the head lights is the same as in that area.
