dash lights

I just got my 00 SS, my dashboard lights seem dim or not very bright at night, my dimmer is turned all the way up, are they normally dim or i was thinking some bulbs were out(the whole area is lit, not any dark spots) but i guess my question is how hard to check to see of lights are burnt out ?? or are they just a known problem of being dim

Not quite sure if there all dim, but i do know they are dimmer than some. I too noticed this when i went from my grand prix to the camaro.... It is not all that hard to check just pull dash off (just pops in and out) and then you got a lil bit off taken apart to do. But it sounds like all your bolbs are lit if theres no dim spots.

i think there are 5 or 6 light on cams but mine has always been mildly dim just like all my friends with the blue/whiteish lights. if you want to make them a lil brighter you can but a set of 1PC guages from like NR auto that much a big differnece.. i doont know why but there brighter probly casue there aftermarket.........
