    Sea Foam

I am about to do the sea foam in the brake booster hose an di am trying to figure out how long I should let it sit before I re start the car? also, how soon should I change the oil since I am not adding directly to the crank case? I have searched but these answers are still unclear to me.

Autorx is better to use on your motor, it doesn't have harsh solvents so it won't damage your seals. I've used seafoam on my old truck...it's ok stuff but has a lot of solvents...which over time could dry up your seals. Auto-rx is kind of expensive...but IMO it's worth it. http://www.auto-rx.com/

I let mine sit overnight. Directions call for 30+ minutes.

Yes, change the oil after it stops smoking.
I try to use seafoam once a year. Well, at least on the daily driver. Don't need much. That is where the problems come in....overuse. At most I have the car suck up 1/4 can.

It can be used in the crankcase too. Thats why he tells you to change the oil. A Sea Foam Rep told me to use 1/3 in the Brake Booster line, 1/3 in the crankcase and 1/3 in the gas.
