Programmer Help!

I don't know if this post has already been made, But I have some questions?

I have a 99' Camaro SS I was looking into getting a Programmer for my car, but don't know which one will give me the best performance. I was looking at Hypertech, and the Diablo II. If you guys have any suggestions or have one that you prefer, please help?

Both are junk for "tuning" purposes. Changing tire size, gear ratio, temp that fans come on, etc, alright. But tuning? Pay the $$$ and have a reputable shop or a person that knows what they're doing dyno tune the car on a chassis dyno. I'm sure others will back me up on this. You can thank me later.

the diablo allows you to have tunes emailed to you and upload them into the vehicle.

i used to use the vinci handheld. comes with 8 preset tunes, based on what cam and if you have a supercharger. here's a write up i did on the vinci tuner http://www.stealthram.com/vhptuner.htm
