I've heard the Kooks headers are very good. Expensive, but top quality.
As for exhaust, neither the Magnaflow nor the Borla are true dual. They are catback exhausts, from the Y-Pipe back.
If you are looking for a TRUE dual exhaust, you're best bet is the Texas Speed TD's, or the Bassani TD system. The Texas Speed system dumps under the car before the axle (not my preference, I like the pipes coming out the back) while the Bassani system is a full exhaust, from the headers to the tips out the back.
Both sound excellent with headers, heres a sound clip of the Bassani system with LT's

Bang for the buck I am very pleased with pacesetter tubes and Y to Hooker C-back but don't know if they have true dual. Have heard some complaints about Pacesetter Y but have not experienced myself.

Price wise, Pacesetter LT's are the way to go. Cheapest longtube out there. Just make sure to get the coated ones.

Surprisingly, I've heard good things about the eBay XS Longtubes. They are nicely made, are stainless steel, fit well, and only cost $300, which is a bargain IMO.
I'm thinking about getting those in the Spring, no sense in paying $285 for headers that are going to rust to shit when I can pay $300 for stainless
