curious what cam

i have a 2000ss a4w/ 42k. it has a tci 3500 stall, shift kit,slp pulley,hooker longtubes,slp dual dual,slp lid k+n,what cam should i go w/. My performance shop is tellin me 224/224. it is a dd but they recommend the same to everyone. i want somethin aggressive and later i might put heads on it.i was thinking maybe 224/228,228/228,228/232.How much of a difference would a 224/224 to a 224/228 be. Plus the combination w/ a 3500 stall
