quarter mile prediction
In my 2001 SS A4 I now have the following K&N,slp lid, tuned, tower brace, lt headers/ORY/Borla catback, 555R nittos, subframe connectors,QA coilovers. With these mods im making 316rwhp/341rwtq. And my times are 13.00 average at 106, best is 12.899 at 108mph. More mods I just added are ford 9" trutrack with 3.89's, 3200 stall with cooler, retuned and 125 shot wet NX kit. Any ideas what she'll do in the quarter with or without spray with these mods? And later this winter I will be doing heads and cam, torque arm/lower control arms, injectors, cooler thermastat, rear shocks and a shift kit but thats not for at least 6 months. But just with the mods i have now and am installing next week what are some guesses of what ill run at the strip ill be going to the track either next weekend or in two weeks.

Well...... You're going to need more than just the Nitto drag radials to hit those times. With that stall, spraying off the line, you're going to spin spin spin.
2002 Trans Am 6sp, SLP lid, Holley filter, Shaner S3 TB, Jet Hot long tubes and cats, FRA, HP tuners, Hotchkis STB and LCAs. TEA stage 1.5 5.3 heads, Comp 220/224 114 +2, UMI Boxed SFCs, Edelbrock PHR. Moser 9" 4.11 gears.

I'll guess 12.50's with the mods and 11'60's with the spray. Good luck getting it to hook.

Well I took it out to the track this weekend best on motor was 12.72 at 107. I made two passes on nitrous, didnt know what I ran the first time and hooked almost perfect. The second one I spun some and had to get out of it for a about a second and then got back on it running a 12.24 at 115. I think I can get it down to about 11.6/11.7 next weekend but we'll see.

The night I ran they werent doing timeslips so I dont know. I wont know till this coming friday when I run again ill get a timeslip and post it. On motor my 60' is 1.82. This is running on nitto drag radials. Since my nitrous is setup on a window switch, it activates at 3600 RPM. On the second pass I didnt start spinning untill the nitrous kicked in.

Well guys I went backed to the track tonight and the weather was perfect as well as the track. I bumbt the 125 shot up to a 150 shot and everything else is the same. But right now ive got a crappy tune and need a retune which I hope to get here in the next few weeks. Im running really rich and A/F isnt right along with a couple other things. Anyway at the track I got a new best time on motor and spray and most likely the best for the rest of the year. I ran 12.67 at 107 my 60' was 1.80x on the same nittos drag radials. On spray I hit 11.58 at 118.94 and 60' was 1.77 spinning off the line too. I think I did pretty well though. And im hoping once I get a better tune and some better tires im gonna try for 11.20's N20 and low 12's N/A.
